How long does my order take to ship?

Estimated arrival times vary, within Canada/Domestic, expect five business days for the purchase receipt. International and U.S. orders may vary; please get in touch with us if you have any questions regarding times. We will send you tracking on every order, so you can easily and worry-free track your order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we offer international shipping. Note that the customer pays return shipping, and rates and customs fees may vary. We cannot guarantee international shipping times due to unforeseeable shipping issues.

Customs and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

What is your return policy? 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the product. Return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility. Please email us for any returns, we hope to help and resolve any issues ASAP, and if cannot be resolved, we will gladly accept your returms and send you the return shippping address.
